Nick is the VP of Operations at Ojas and brings to the team over 15 years of direct real estate operations, acquisitions, financing, and sourcing experience. Nick has owned, operated, managed, and redeveloped premier hotels branded by Hilton, Marriott, Sheraton, and Choice and has been intimately involved with involved with day to day operations, construction management, repositioning strategies, acquisitions and fund sourcing.
He has successfully completed business management and operations training by Marriott and has been managing Marriott branded hotels since 2004. While a general manager at a Marriott branded property, Nick received the Magic Manager of the Year award and later was responsible for major reconstruction and refurbishment of the property.
Nick will be responsible for ongoing fund and property operations, asset management, asset improvement, and new business developments.
He will also be responsible for assisting in identifying and analyzing potential investments, conducting due diligence, and overseeing the ongoing physical and social improvements of acquired assets.
Nick received a law degree from Bombay University and holds a bachelor’s degree in business accounting and economics from Bombay University.
