Sanin is an experienced operator and investment/management professional with proficiency in business strategy/development for growth stage and mature companies, sourcing/closing/managing investments, financial underwriting across industries and product types, accounting, legal compliance, and operational execution as well as cross-cultural experience in multiple important global financial centers. He is currently a Co-Founder of www.pallo.com and Director of Ojas Capital, LP, and Nano Stone Inc.
He has served as the Acquisitions Manager at Virtus Real Estate Capital, where his responsibilities included originating, structuring, executing, and managing over $200 million of real estate investments. He previously advised public Health Care REITs and Real Estate opportunity funds on financial and strategic alternatives related to buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, portfolio acquisitions/dispositions, and equity and debt financing as an investment banker at Barclays’ Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group. He has also worked with OMERS Private Equity where he evaluated investments and structured LBOs, at SJF Ventures in New York where he evaluated clean-tech/education/ healthcare opportunities, and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focusing on capital and strategic advisory/capital raising for technology, media, and telecom companies.
He received his MBA with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Operations from Columbia Business School and holds a degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
