He is a Co-Founder of www.pallo.com, the first all-in-one accounting, personal finance, and tax platform for freelancers and self-employed individuals, Co-Founder of www.intelliworks.ai, creating innovative technologies that empower financial institutions to bridge gaps in their operational ecosystems, and Managing Principal of Ojas Capital, where he leads advisory, acquisition, and refinance strategies and implemented international expansions for companies to establish a footprint in the US, India and East Asia. He also sits on the Executive Committee of Baryshnikov Arts.
He has served as the Acquisitions Manager at Virtus Real Estate Capital, where his responsibilities included originating, structuring, executing, and managing over $200 million of real estate investments. He previously advised public Health Care REITs and Real Estate opportunity funds on financial and strategic alternatives related to buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, portfolio acquisitions/dispositions, and equity and debt financing as an investment banker at Barclays’ Global Real Estate Investment Banking Group. He has also worked with OMERS Private Equity where he evaluated investments and structured LBOs, at SJF Ventures in New York where he evaluated clean-tech/education/ healthcare opportunities, and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley focusing on capital and strategic advisory/capital raising for technology, media, and telecom companies.
He received his MBA with a concentration in Finance, Real Estate, and Operations from Columbia Business School and holds a degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.
